Genpact is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company is hiring for Accounts Payable (AP), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) roles. Candidates with 2–10 years of experience and a background in B.Com/BBA are eligible to attend the interview.

Walk-In Interview Details

Role 1: Accounts Payable (AP)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices.
• Resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
• Release invoices for payment processing.
• Handle 3-way matching, Non-PO, and GRN processes.
• Process utility and Non-PO invoices.
• Perform invoice auditing and payment processing.
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or similar platforms.

Eligibility

• 2–10 years of AP experience.
• Only B.Com/BBA candidates preferred.

Role 2: Record to Report (R2R)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and consolidation activities.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements.
• Review and post month-end journal entries.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting processes.
• Resolve balancing items and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 2–10 years of R2R experience.
• Strong accounting, closing, and reporting knowledge.
• Only B.Com/BBA candidates preferred.

Role 3: Order to Cash (O2C)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes.
• Post receipts, wires, ACH payments, and checks.
• Process credit/debit memos.
• Coordinate with collections teams and customers.
• Investigate remittance discrepancies and short payments.
• Support process improvements and testing activities.
• Manage shared mailboxes and customer portals.

Eligibility

• 2–10 years of O2C/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Only B.Com/BBA candidates preferred.
