Inviting applications for the role of PA, Invoice to Cash (Billing).We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send out invoice, bills
Prepare, compile, and mail bills for products paid for by clients
Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
Respond to billing questions from both local and international customers
Verify discrepancies by clients, and resolve their billing issues
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B. Com/BBA, M.com/MBA)
Eye for detail and quick response time
Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
