Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for SQL Server databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Design, develop, and implement change requests for SQL Server databases based on evolving business requirements.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures and user-defined functions to support application functionality and data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues effectively.
• Optimize and tune SQL queries to enhance database performance and efficiency.
• Maintain and regularly update comprehensive database documentation for reference and compliance.
• Use Informatica to perform ETL processes and manage data integration tasks across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all database environments and systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in SQL Server development.
• Proficient in using Informatica for data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of SQL programming and database management principles.
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL workflows and data integration using Informatica tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python is considered an added advantage.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
