🔍 Job Role: HR Operations (Payroll & T&A Specialist)
This role requires an in-depth understanding of US payroll, time and attendance, and hands-on experience in process improvements and ERP platforms. You’ll work closely with clients and the onshore team to identify automation opportunities and enhance payroll operations.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and data accuracy

Participate in payroll processing and reporting

🎓 Qualifications:
Minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent

Hands-on experience in Payroll Consulting/Operations/Implementation

Exposure to ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
