✅ Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Record to Report (R2R)

Freshers: CA / CMA freshers are also welcome

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / CA / CMA

Shifts: US Shifts (between 5 PM – 5 AM, 10-hour window)

Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days/week

ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle

Month-end and year-end closing activities

Intercompany reconciliation & reporting

Balance sheet account reconciliations

Journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset accounting

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Supporting audit and statutory reporting processes
