• Resolve disputes via email and phone support

• Investigate issues using ERP systems and collaborate with internal departments

• Maintain daily reports of assigned portfolios

• Execute effective collection strategies

• Provide high-quality customer service

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or management

• Education:

  • UG: B.Com, BBA/BMS

  • PG: M.Com, MBA (Finance)

• Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong accounting knowledge
