Manage collections on past due invoices & invalid deductions

Respond to customer queries via email and phone

Analyze and research disputes in ERP systems

Follow up with internal teams to gather supporting documents

Identify process improvement opportunities

Provide daily reports of portfolio and collection status
-
Implement strategies to reduce past due amounts
-
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolution of issues
-
Handle ad-hoc requests efficiently and escalate issues where required
🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

UG: B.Com, BBA/BMS

PG: M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance)
