Job Role or Description

• Prior experience in Healthcare. Min. 0-2 years of work experience Preferred skills: US Healthcare Domain Expertise Basic ability to make decisions and escalate in required conditions Basic multitasking skills to be able toggle between multiple screens, multiple input sources, etc. Required skills: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills ; Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers Typing speed – 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy Basic computer and MS office Skills (Excel) Intermediate Ready to work in night shift Good analytical and decision making skills Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment Communication level – Excellent voice for Query Resolution
