🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Order to Cash cycle activities
- Handle client quotations, pricing, and SLA adherence
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure reconciliation accuracy
- Resolve queries from internal/external customers
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Interpret remittance documents and navigate missing data
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using Oracle, SAP, Excel, Power BI
✅ Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Com / BBA / BMS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 level)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive or BPO industry
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Excel & Power BI
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
