🎯 Role & Responsibilities

• Handle multiple live chats (3+) and respond to customer queries effectively.

• Manage inbound & outbound customer interactions via chat and voice.

• Provide solutions based on available help articles and within company policies.

• Assist customers with technical queries related to Domains, Hosting, Servers, SSL, Email, Site Backup, etc.

• Report bugs, suggest improvements, and escalate unresolved issues.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate (2021–2025 pass-outs only, except law & postgraduates).

• Freshers eligible (provisional certificate/mark sheets must be available).

• Strong knowledge of basic internet technology (domains, hosting, websites, email, browsers, security).

• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.

• Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
