🧾 Job Role: KYC/AML Analyst (Contractual Role)
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for individuals and entities (corporates, charities, etc.)
-
Verify beneficial ownership, entity structure, bank account and perform RDC screening
-
Assign risk ratings and interpret data from multiple tools and systems
-
Review customer documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policy
-
Escalate discrepancies, resolve open items and maintain accurate reports
-
Conduct adverse media checks, sanction screening, and assess customer risk profiles
-
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Any Graduate (except Law) – B.Com, BBA, BMS, etc.

Freshers are eligible
-
Candidates currently pursuing UG/PG courses are not eligible
Preferred Experience:

Background in KYC/AML, compliance, account review, auditing, back-office operations
-
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bonus Skills:
-
Familiarity with tools like Lexis Nexis, Actimize, RDC, Bridger XG, Dow Jones, Siebel
-
Understanding of entity types: PIV, SPV, FIs, Private/Public Ltd, Charities, CIS
-
Knowledge of AML screening tools and financial crime risk assessments
