Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations

Expense analysis, accruals & payroll reconciliation

Intercompany transactions & invoice reviews
🔹 Order to Cash (OTC) – Collections Role
Eligibility: Any Non-Tech Graduate
Responsibilities:

Making collection calls

Processing invoices and customer payments

Resolving disputes and validating credits/debits

Order reconciliation and communication with clients
🔹 Non-Voice Backend Role
Eligibility: Any Non-Tech Graduate
Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets

Maintain accuracy and productivity benchmarks
