Available Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Transaction Roles (Claims / Non-Voice) – Freshers Eligible
✔ Analyze and process claims & transactions with high accuracy.
✔ Identify and resolve pending information by coordinating with teams.
✔ Maintain reports & identify trends to ensure service level compliance.
🔹 Accounts Payable (AP) – 0-8 Years Experience
✔ Process invoices & ensure 3-way matching (PO, Non-PO, GRN).
✔ Audit & process vendor payments with compliance.
✔ Experience in ERP (SAP/Navision/Other ERP) preferred.
🔹 Record to Report (RTR) – 0-8 Years Experience
✔ Manage month-end closing & reconciliations (Key & Non-Key).
✔ Prepare journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and lease accounting.
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP/Blackline/HANA Ariba S4).
🔹 Cash Applications & Collections – 0-8 Years Experience
✔ Post payments & reconcile customer accounts.
✔ Handle aged unidentified cash receipts & accurate postings.
✔ Collect payments from customers via calls & follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education:
- Commerce Graduates (B.Com/BBA) for FNA roles.
- Any Graduate for Transaction (Claims / Non-Voice) roles.
✔ Experience: - 0-8 years in Finance & Accounts (AP, RTR, OTC).
- Freshers eligible for Transaction/Non-Voice roles.
✔ Skills Required: - Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge (for FNA roles).
- Experience with SAP/ERP is a plus.
