Position: Management Trainee – Noida
As a Management Trainee, you will be part of Genpact’s fast-growing finance and accounting teams. Your role will include:
- Skills Required: OTC Contract Management, CA Freshers (Reconciliation and Rebates)
- Shift: US Shifts
- Responsibilities:- Contact customers to collect overdue payments or secure payment commitments. – Make collection calls, email/fax invoices, or mail hard copies as requested by customers. Reconcile orders with customer records, validate credits/debits, and send them for collection or refund. – Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions, coordinating with departments for resolution. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Escalate issues to senior staff or management as needed. – Provide payment plans based on customer requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in financial tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Location: Noida
