About the Role: Assistant Manager – OTC Collections/Deductions
As an Assistant Manager in OTC Collections/Deductions at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing collections and deductions processes for clients, ensuring timely payments, resolving outstanding issues, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collections Management: Handle collections from customers and ensure timely payments, following up on overdue accounts to minimize risks.
- Deductions Resolution: Analyze and resolve deductions in customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and preventing financial discrepancies.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile client accounts, track payment histories, and identify discrepancies in payments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collections, deductions, and account statuses to senior management.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the collections and deductions process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
