Responsibilities:Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily.Process Standard Monthly Journal.Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation.Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review.Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activitiesEnsure all activities on th.e MEC are updated.Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation.Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead.Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.Interested candidates kindly send your resumes to Saheli.Saha@genpact.com
