Job Description/Skills Required
- Subskill Set: Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Cash applications, Billing, Record to Report, Finance and accounting, General Accounting, FNA, General ledger, Month end closing, Month end reporting, Accruals, Deferrals.
- Responsibilities
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Understand the basic accounting process/terms
- Working knowledge of Relevant GAAP and MS Office
- Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
- Knowledge of computers including standard packages
- Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment
- Eloquent and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts 3 way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc.
- Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing
- Month End Closing process
- ERP – SAP / Blackline/ HANA Ariba s4, HRC High radius
- Reconciliations (Key & Non-Key)
- Standard & recurring J/Es (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases)
- Nonstandard J/Es (incl accruals, prepaid, deferrals)
