Role & responsibilities
Co-lending and Securitization
Verify company background, parent company information etc. for the company
Financial analysis of the company including operational information, AUM, shareholding pattern, borrowings, product profile etc.
Initial portfolio pool review
Post disbursal MIS, policy and portfolio tracking
Engage in development of NBFC one-view dataset and track exposure post development
Mortgages
Preparation of Trigger Dashboards
Manage monthly hindsight of mortgage portfolio
Portfolio monitoring and analysis, deep dives, early warning signals etc.
Continuous monitoring of projects initiated by the Policy Team
