Job Description/Skills Required
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1. Must be a graduate (BCom preferred) from any stream
- 2. 6 month-1-year prior experience in handling inbound or outbound calls in a call center setup
- 3. Proficiency in Hindi & English or English plus any regional language- Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam or Kannada
- 4. Should be able to comprehend and hold a conversation in English language for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Basics mathematical calculations like deriving percentage, rate of interest calculation etc.
Job Descriptions:
- 1. To maintain relationship with Merchants and Customers over the phone in an inbound/outbound call center setup
- 2. 6 days a week, 48 work hours per week. Rotating Week Offs.
- 3. Shift timing between 10am to 8 pm.
- 4. Daily 8hrs staff time, 1 hr break, total 9 hrs of login
- 5. Should be able to work in MS excel in Windows PC/Laptops
- 6. Should be a good team player
Basic Expectations from ideal candidates:
- 1. Manage high volume of calls and provide response to Merchants and Customers
- 2. Maintain high quality of service and performance standards.
- 3. Ensure the achievement of a given business target.
- 4. Must have a mindset to deliver a jaw dropping hassle free experience.
- 5. Perform troubleshoot on alarm raised by the partners, coordinate well with internal departments to get them fixed.
- 6. Ensure a follow up on all issues highlighted till they fall under closed cases bucket.
- 7. Open to work in shifts, if required, should be available to work on a Holiday.
- 8. Good negotiation and convincing skills
- 9. Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
