Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities

Process and code invoices accurately and timely
-
Handle PO, non-PO, and fund invoices as per policy
-
Prioritize high-value & urgent invoices
-
Apply indirect taxes (TDS, VAT, GST) correctly
-
Resolve invoice holds, discrepancies & rejections
-
Monitor AP aging & follow up on overdue items
-
Ensure approvals comply with financial control policies
Strategic Responsibilities
-
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
-
Support automation & workflow enhancements
-
Analyze recurring errors and strengthen preventive controls
Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory)
-
Commerce degree (B.Com) preferred
-
M.Com / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
-
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
-
Experience in global accounting environment preferred
Technical Skills Required
-
Strong knowledge of indirect taxation & accounting principles
-
ERP exposure (SAP / Coupa / Workday preferred)
-
Advanced Excel skills for reporting & reconciliation

Ability to work in ERP-based accounting systems
