🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end field hiring for Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, and frontline roles

Conduct sourcing drives at colleges, training centers, hotspot zones, and job fairs

Maintain vendor network to ensure continuous manpower supply

Manage onboarding, background verification, and documentation

Maintain daily metrics on hiring targets, no-show rates, joining ratios

Coordinate with business teams to forecast manpower needs
