Job Description/Skills Required
- Timely interactions with operations, procurement and other teams in understanding the facilities requirements and estimated cost to fulfill the same. Providing proper approvals and ensuring the PR/POs are released timely to ensure smooth operations Management Reporting (support for business finance) Detailed Review with Ops stakeholders at a monthly level Detailed Review within Biz Fin at a pre decided periodical level Adhering timelines of accruals & other Ad hoc reports Accruals ( F&I) Owning operational accruals at a monthly level Ensuring that all accruals are booked with respect to PRPO and Non PRPO reports Ensuring that correct agreement/ procurement approved rate is being applied Invoice Processing – validation and approval (End to End ownership the invoice processing through): Validating invoice with the accruals & ensuring that the correct invoice gets approved Resolving doubts with the ops within stipulated time Processing all invoices within stipulated time frame
