Role & responsibilities
Support the sales rebates process by understanding the contracts and transforming data into the spreadsheet (program grid).
Manage the program grid by considering the new contracts & amendments and ensure accuracy.
Each rebate submission to be verified for validity and accuracy, as well as ensuring it aligns with the set LII guidelines of the rebate program
Support month close process by posting journal entries, reporting and reconciliations.
Analyze monthly OPEX report and provide reasons for cost variance.
Closely work with credit & accounts payable team to issue timely payment.
Support in forecast and annual planning activities.
Provide audit request supports and perform walkthrough.
Developing, analyzing and presentation of financial results to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements & standardization.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Good in analytical skills.
2. Very strong in MS excel.
3. Prior Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
4. Having experience in sales rebates or sales controlling is an added advantage.
5. Good communication skills (both written and oral) strong interpersonal skills are added advantage.
Should possess knowledge in overall finance & accounting concepts
