Join the team at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre as a Financial Controller, where you will function as the strategic financial business leader. This role involves developing and implementing property-wide strategies to meet brand and customer expectations while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Analyze financial data, forecast sales, create annual budget plans, and improve profit through new business opportunities.
- Accounting Team Leadership: Lead and influence accounting teams, communicate strategic goals, and ensure successful performance.
- Finance and Accounting Goals: Support property strategy, submit timely reports, document profits and losses accurately, and review audit issues.
- Project and Policy Management: Monitor taxes, ensure compliance with SOPs, oversee audit processes, and ensure accurate P&L documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Meet the needs of stakeholders, advise the GM and executive committee, and communicate financial concepts clearly.
- Human Resource Activities: Cross-train team members, administer property policies, and create development plans for staff.
Candidate Profile:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting with 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with no work experience required.
