Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve invoice posting exceptions in SAP.
- Adhere to billing requirements and posting controls for each country.
- Prioritize and resolve work lists promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain high accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed SLA metrics and drive operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes while maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for consistent business solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other disciplines.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
