- Commerce graduates with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.,)
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexible, ready to work under timeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
Good exposure to maintaining overall books of accounts.
- Project/cost centre-wise allocation of revenues & expenses.
- Revenue tracking and recognition & Monitoring of accounts receivables & AR aging.
- Tracking & validation of expenses, Verification of vendor payments & aging
- Inter-company accounting and reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- knowledge of statutory compliance with respect to direct (TDS, Taxation of employee Income etc.,) and indirect taxation (Service-tax, VAT etc.,) and filing of necessary returns with concerned authorities on a timely basis.
- Preparation of cash flow on a regular basis and co-ordinate with banks/financial institutions.
- Exposure/support in the preparation of MIS reports including collecting input from various departments on a timely manner.
- Exposure to employee payroll, consulting payments, and related compliance.
- Coordination/assist with internal and external audits.
- Any exposure to SEZ/STPI & central excise will be added advantage.
