Job Description/Skills Required
Position: RTR and AR Specialist
Experience: Minimum 18 months in RTR and AR
Location: Noida, Sector 144
Salary: Up to 4.50 LPA
Notice period: 15-30 days
As an RTR and AR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, efficiently handling Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Proven experience in RTR and AR roles for at least 18 months
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
