Job Description –1. Candidate should have detail-oriented approach and hands on experience in Accounts Payable, R2R, Accruals, MIS reporting, and Reconciliations.2. Should have knowledge of IndAS/IFRS and should be well versed with preparation and review of financials statement.3. Preparation of monthly accruals and performing other R2R activities.4. Qualitative variance analysis for P&L and BS movements.5. Having good knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance.6. Co-ordination with shared service/onshore team for stabilization of migrated processes.7. Performing of quality BS reconciliation and timely action on open items.8. Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.9. Eye on Process improvement and automation, brining best practices.10. Preferable – ERP (Oracle) functional knowledge.
