Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice and PO Review: Ensure compliance in the P2P process for suppliers and contractors.
- Incentive and Commission Payouts: Oversee employee PLP (Incentive) and dealer commission reviews.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and analyze various MIS reports to support management decisions.
- Data & Ratio Analysis: Provide valuable input through the analysis of financial ratios and costing.
- Accurate Accounting: Maintain compliance with system guidelines and tax standards for accurate financial records.
- GL Posting & Reconciliation: Handle General Ledger postings and reconciliations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with technical support for issue resolution and process improvement.
- Process Enhancement: Support testing and migration of new developments.
Essential Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to approach problems creatively and provide innovative solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in working across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Oracle and Advanced Excel is a plus.
