What will you be responsible for
- Development and execution of the company’s financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and develop financial models to assess the company’s financial performance and outlook.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to gather inputs and ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.
- Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs to track performance against targets and provide insights into business performance drivers.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate performance analysis and reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of improvement or risks to the financial plan.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives by working closely with business leaders to develop action plans, set targets, and monitor progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA, or FP&A) may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, investor relations, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, financial metrics, and performance measurement techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, data analysis tools, and presentation software.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
