Job Description/Skills Required
1. Business Analysis / Delivery Analyst will work on the Contact center Technology team to provide end to end support in the process of Implementation/Change request for the clients.
2. Analysts will be responsible for Creating/Updating the requirement docs, Configuration process, Testing plan and Troubleshooting for the clients.
3. Analyst will work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the objective and move to Production within the specific timeline created.
