We are hiring for Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for International Technical Voice Support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Candidate must have minimum 4 Years of exp in International Technical Voice Support.
- 2. Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
- 3. Receiving end user calls
- 4. Provide first level resolutions
- 5. Ticket creation/Categorization/Prioritization
- 6. Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- 7. Incident resolution and recovery/Ticket Management
- 8. Ticket Closure
- 9. Follow-up on existing tickets until resolution
- 10. Attend to client and vendor proactive requests
- 11. Conduct floor-support
