Job Description
- As an IFC workstream lead, would be responsible for
- – Update & maintain of IFC framework – Control universe & IFC Test Scripts
- – IFC testing scoping & planning for the year
- – Perform control design & operating effectiveness testing as per the IFC testing plan for the year
- – Identify gaps in the control process and operating environment
- – Take proactive measure to mitigate the gaps and strengthen the business control processes
- – Report IFC compliance status and required action plan to senior Management.
- As a CSA workstream lead, would be responsible for
- – Update & maintain CSA framework Control universe & CSA questionnaire
- – Notification release & follow-up of CSA exercise with control owners & approvers
- – Conduct CSA response validation remotely
- – Report control compliance status and required action plan to senior Management.
- Develop various presentations for the leadership team meetings.
- Combine internal & external, financial and non-financial data to enable decision making.
- Create, maintain and publish dashboards on a regular basis to highlight performance.
- Coordination, analysis and review of the internal controls at a Company level to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with SMEs, External Auditors and Internal Auditors as needed.
