Job Description/Skills Required
- Handle daily A/P processes; A/P activities; manage vendor/supplier relations; and oversee the timely, accurate processing of invoices, vendor creation & maintenance, expense reports, credit memos, vendor enquiries and payment transactions.
- Maintained adherence to corporate, accounting and GAAP standards; addressed escalated issues from employees and vendors regarding accounts payable; and ensured accurate and compliant A/P files and records in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Should have good knowledge in P2P, Accounts Payable,Invoice Processing
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification – Regular Graduation/ MBA
- You have prior experience in a similar role.
- You are well versed in the MSOffice suite.
- You are a strong team player, organized and possess a high attention to detail.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
