Job Description/Skills Required
1. Export Payments
2. Import Payments
3. Retention Payments
4. Supervision/ MISC Payments
5. Passing accounting entries
6. Import Shipping Payments
- Good Knowledge of accounting entries.
- Responsible for stabilizing the activities such as Outward Remittance related to Export like: Commission Payments, demurrage, quality and customer claim’s etc.
- Ensure TAT and accuracy is followed with regards to the SLA’s ( LC, Payments, FRF, Accounting)
- Liaise with Banks, HO and location as and when required, coordinate with treasury team for funding and exchange rate with Banks for timely payments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and system, discussion with Process Head to explore deployment opportunities.
