Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Act as functional consultant for non-erp products / systems in finance domain.
- 2. Business process requirement understanding, user discussions, requirement articulation,
- requirement, documentation.
- 3. Making Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- 4. Ensure proper cycle testing, test results & UAT.
- 5. Product Documentation.
- 6. Call resolution, call analysis, preventive & corrective.
- 7. Product benchmarking & product standardization.
- 8. user training.
- Experience
- 1. Should have a very strong knowledge of finance processes like general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, cash management, taxation, costing, finance and accounting.
- 2. Should have good strong hands on experience and knowledge in finance function of discrete Mfg, project industries preferable in the processes mentioned in point no 1.
- 3. Should have worked on systems as Key / primary user.
- 4. Should be having knowledge of integrations of systems, mapping of business processes into products etc.
- 5. Should be first point of contact for system issue resolution.
