Job Description/Skills Required
Responsibilities –
- • Coordinated between management & fund houses to manage a portfolio which included investments in Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, Bonds, NCD, Listed Equity Shares & Investments in Non Discretionary PMS.
- • Preparation and presentation of sheets related to investment strategies that helped management take investment and disinvestment decisions.
- • Implementation of investment decisions taken and overlooking documentation for the same.
- • Monitored overall performance of a large sized portfolio of the group and prepared monthly MIS of the same.
- • Overseeing accounting & taxation of the entire invested portfolio.
- • Actively involved in discussions with management on investment planning, risk minimization & diversification, minimizing tax implications on such investments.
- • Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities.
- • Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting of medium and long- term funding.
- • Monitoring and managing the organization’s banking relationships.
- • Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
