- CA/CMA degree & relevant work experience in General Ledger specifically in Banking Operations
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
- IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
- Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
