Job Description/Skills Required
- Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Execute tasks related to accounting of loans and produce reports using BW system.
- 2. Perform unit testing and User Acceptance testing
- 3. Troubleshoots and diagnoses fix the problems by evaluating multiple options.
- 4. Identifies recurring issues impacting service(s) and alerts Purchaser Team members.
- 5. Documents incident status in JIRA and work with ITS, Business teams in resolving the issues.
- 6. Follows Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrates commitment to achieve SLA goals of the team.
- 7. Proactively identifies recurring issues impacting service(s) and recommends changes to continuously improve service standards.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 1. Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant, with minimum 3 years post qualification experience
- 2. Proven working experience on accounting and reporting processes using automated accounting systems
- 3. Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- 4. Experience with one or more Technologies, preferably SAP and BW
- 5. Experience with Process analysis, Design & Implementation, Business/Technical requirements, Problem Solving, System Testing including User Acceptance Testing and Fixes
- 6.Highly organized, process-driven, demonstrates ability to proactively prioritize work
- 7. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- 8. Superior customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels in an organization
