Job Description/Skills Required
- Role: Business Analyst/Senior Consultant
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
- Role and Responsibility
- Business stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Tax, Treasury etc.) to understand the requirements for implementation of ERP.
- IT Team to bridge the functional as well as technical requirements with the software capabilities and building a core model solution with regards to business needs and Global/International Standards.
- Within Team to interact with them on day-to-day activities which involves both Project as well as Business-As-Usual queries.
- Lead structured meetings and use collaborative workshops to capture requirements and uncovered expectations!
- Extending Support in ERP implementation with the required functional knowledge.
- Analyzing & improving the business processes in place.
- Design and implement the core model solution based on the Business owners Inputs.
- Perform Validation testing while system changes/ implementation.
- Deliver recommendations or reports to stakeholders as per their requirements.
- Elicit what is behind and underneath stated requirements rather than just collecting and organizing requirements
- Liaising between internal project team and vendors.
- Take ownership in ERP Support & incident management process.
- Act as trusted counterpart on functional requirements with Global Finance team as well Technical Support team.
- Perform UATs wherever required.
