Job Description/Skills Required

• 1. Sort out and optimize the business process and process documents of each business department,implement rectification to resolve governance/control defects.
• 2. Formulation/Adoption/Adherence to the governance policies and processes that commensurate to Global process taxonomies and standards
• 3. Provide oversight on overall methodology, sampling, testing, and co ordination/liaison on with Control Auditors, Consultants, Internal Strategy team and Process HODs.
• 4. Enable control simplification as well as rationalization ensuring best compliance and risk coverage.
• 5. Custodian for maintenance and approval of all Processes, Policies, Master Data, SOPs and DIs(Desk Instructions) Update of local governance policies, finance applications, maintenance and roll out of standards.
• 6. Coordinate with Cross functional SMEs, Functional leadership including Legal, Compliance and Ethics team.
• 7. Strong under standing of applicable Indian and International legislations to design and ensure continued compliance of strong control environment which is an essential step to meet IFC and SOX certification requirement
• 8. Design testing methodology in line with global standards and execute audit assignment
• 9. Proven change management skill to provide governance, compliance and control related advisory during process designing, change/migration implementation in a fast moving complex environment.
• 10. Interacts with management and staff during audits and results.
• 11. Execute training programs, including organizing department training session for functional team to ensure adequate adherence to polices and compliance requirements.
