Job Description/Skills Required
Ensure timely, accurate and value-added submission of information
- Ensure submission of accurate monthly MIS pack to stakeholders within timelines
- Monthly performance update deck to senior management highlighting exceptions and providing lead and lag indicators
- Ensure delivery of quarterly business review presentations encompassing update on all financial & non-financial KPIs
- Analyze expense gap at a business and functional level and suggest measures to optimize it
- Review processes to ensure data integrity & accuracy of financial, cost & management accounting & reporting
Financial Planning
To develop the Three year rolling & annual Operational plan in line with the shareholder objectives
- Support the Vertical Head in preparing the annual operating and business plan cycle process in close consultation with business & functional heads
- Have discussions with sales and operating functions to ensure major KPIs are captured
- Track rigorously the above on an ongoing basis for timely highlighting deviations and work jointly for achieving desired Objectives
Provide Decision support to Business & Functions to help them achieve their objectives within Budgets
- Review and discuss key performance drivers for various business & functions on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Evaluate financial viability of the initiatives proposed by the departments.
- Recommend alternatives to strike a balance between financial and business objectives.
Process Re-engineering and improvements
- Re-design existing processes and deliver efficiency and productivity saves on the same.
- Simplify reporting through automation

- Improving understanding of overall business for ABFL, better understanding of accounting principles, create better engagement with stakeholders internal as well as external
