Accenture is hiring dynamic Order to Cash/ Commercial Finance professionals with minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Collections & Deductions.
Experience: 3+ Years
Job location: Gurugram
Shift : US Shift ( 6:30 pm – 3:30 am)
Work from Office
Candidate should be from a commerce background
Responsibilities:
• Collection on past due invoices & deductions on allocated portfolios via Email, phone calls etc.
• Respond to email /phone queries on disputed invoice
• Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP
• Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution
• Implement collections strategy to reduce the past due Research and resolve issues to expedite all cases to avoid any adverse customer impact.
