🧾 Job Description:
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accounting of rental invoices, debit & credit notes in SAP
- Maintain and update agreement masters; follow up for expiry/renewals
- Review and update vendor masters
- Process rental escalations as per agreement terms
- Calculate variable lease payments and process payments
- Handle vendor queries and share data as required
- Coordinate with the legal team for agreements and clarifications
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – Accounts
- Experience: 2–4 years in accounting
- Education:
- B.Com / M.Com
- MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA Final Dropouts (not pursuing further studies)
- Mandatory Knowledge:
- TDS & GST compliance
- MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Preferred:
- SAP ERP experience
- Fluency in Hindi
