✅ Candidate Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal

Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of BPO/customer service/sales experience

Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications

Graduation in any stream preferred
