🎯 Job Overview – Loan Syndication Senior Analyst
You will be working with global client partners on:

Processing of Syndicated Loans (Participation/Agented/Bilateral Deals)

Supporting operational delivery and risk controls

End-to-end process execution and client management

Ensuring compliance and quality standards

Handling escalations and stakeholder coordination
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Support business analysis, process transformation & execution

Act as a primary point of contact for program communication

Coordinate governance, reporting, documentation & compliance

Ensure timely delivery as per SLAs and KPIs

Drive process improvements and operational excellence

Support team engagement, onboarding, hiring, and mentorship
🎓 Eligibility & Required Skills
✔ Graduation/Post-Graduation in B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, M.Com, PGDM
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Loan Syndication / Corporate Lending
✔ Understanding of trade lifecycle, investment banking & derivatives
✔ Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management skills
✔ Hands-on expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
✔ Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
