eClerx is conducting a mega walk-in drive for professionals with experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), particularly KYC/AML domains. This is a fantastic opportunity for mid-level finance professionals looking to work with a global analytics and financial services leader.
✅ Roles Hiring For:
- Senior Analyst (2–4 years)
- Associate Process Manager (4–6 years)
- Process Manager (6+ years with team handling)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end KYC/AML processes
- Verify confidential client data and screen for PEPs, sanctions, and negative news
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards
- Conduct due diligence and assess AML/CTF risks
- Update KYC databases and support escalations
- Liaise with clients, RMs, Sales, and Compliance teams
- Generate compliance reports for MLRO
- Support internal projects and training sessions
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream
- 2–5 years’ experience in KYC/AML/FCC
- Strong understanding of client structures and risk profiles
- Proficiency in MS Office, research tools, and compliance software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Certification in AML/KYC (Preferred)
