Role: Facility Management
Job Designation: Senior Analyst
Location: Navi Mumbai – Airoli
Education: Any Graduate (Completed)
Experience Required: 1 to 9 years
Notice Period: Maximum 30-40 days
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, including 15 days of night shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day facility operations
- Ensure efficient functioning of all facility-related services
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage facility budgets and expenses
- Provide support in planning and executing facility projects and upgrades
