Job Responsibilities
The US Accounting Specialist will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Posting and reconciling journal entries.
- Maintaining accurate general ledger records.
- Processing accounting transactions using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing.

Required Skills & Eligibility

- Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Statements, including:
- Income Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Reports
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems such as QuickBooks.
- Ability to quickly learn new accounting tools and workflows.
- Experience in Journal Entries and General Ledger maintenance.
- Experience with account reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify financial variances.
- Knowledge of US GAAP / US-focused accounting practices.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-entity accounting is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
