Job Role or Description

• Preparation of tax returns of Australian corporations using your knowledge of accounting rules to understand trial balance and financial statement information.
• Direct communication with client engagement teams to resolve queries
• Preparation of tax position papers for client specific tax matters
• Working on Local files for lodgment with the Australian taxation office and other transfer pricing engagements
• Working with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
• Review trust distribution calculations prepared by clients to ensure appropriate adjustments have been made and that the distribution is in accordance with current Tax Law based on standard checklist;
• Review the tax provision calculation for superannuation funds by compiling an independent calculation based on source data and comparing with calculation prepared by client
• Prepare engagement documentation for clients and invoices for work performed
• Perform data analysis and reporting (project specific) using different tools like Tableau, Altryx etc.
